    That girl in the black shirt is Rochelle Jalbert, she went to Kwantlen Park Secondary and graduated this year. I am 100% sure that is not Chelsey Breau.

    Douglas College Womens Softball Team 2010-2011 has Chelsea Andrews of Kwantlen Park Secondary on their roster. This player is also a past member of Team BC Softball. Have not confirmed she is the same girl from the Blenz looting as not all players are in the team photo.

    Chelsea Andrews.. Lives in whalley, went to Kwantlen park secondary school and now works at mirage nightclub in guildford. Does anything even happen to these people who are caught? Does she actually pay for the crime or does she just get her name in the paper? Looks to me that that’s all that she’s getting. She shouldn’t even be allowed to have a job.
